I AM PRAGEETH

     I am Prageeth, an emerging visual artist of the new generation. Following the footsteps of my father who was known for his work as a local artist and ALSO MYbrother.  I entered to the Sri Lankan art scene at a very young age.  I have a Masters (MFA)  degree from University from Kelaniya, BFA special (1st in class) Visual & Performing Arts and Vibhavi Academy of Fine Arts.  Founder of the Text Art Academy.  Art director at Sri Lanka Rupavahini Co-operation and visiting lecturer at 3 universities 2017 to present.  I have held 7 solo art exhibitions, participated in numerous joint art exhibitions and won several awards.  View my sculptures on gallerycoronado.com/Prageeth-sculptures and my original paintings on HTTPS://WWW.GALLERYCORONADO.COM/ORIGINALS
