The first example has an original piece by Alexandria titled, "Cue Ball"($400). Notice how the blues in the painting, accent the blue sofa, while at the same time, the blue sofa draws your attention inward on the painting to the billiard balls. This is a nice way to pull a room together and highlight the art in the room.
The second example has a lot more going on. We have added 3 paintings of Magic Alice's: "African Figurine"($600), "Straw Rose"($600), and "Flamingo and Fish"($600); to the wall and one of Susan's sculptures,"Lady Sings the Blues"($825) on the ground. All of this gives the room a fun, yet classy feel. The way the pinks brighten the room and the contrast to the blue couch makes them stand out, says this is a laid back area. The sculpture reminds you not to get too rowdy though. Some might say it's busy, but the way everything ties into each other allows for the many pieces to blend into the room.
The third example is a more elegant room with just one of Oksana's original paintings, called "First Drops of Rain"($2,100). This time the piece is centered around the couch, instead of the wall. This is a little more modern touch and, again, draws your attention to the painting. When you have fine art, you want people to notice it. The green is just enough of a contrast to accent the room without being overpowering and is a dignified way to show your piece off.
